The band is awarded runners up at the Senior Cup Contest in Blackpool. Yet again the Jaguar Band are in the prizes with an excellent performance of Phillip Wilbys 'Paganni Contest Variations' with the best soloist prize being awarded to Principal Solo Euphonium Rob Hunt.
