Leicestershire Brass Band Association

This weekend the band took part in the Leicester Open Brass Band Contest for the first time. Playing 'Elgar Variations' by Martin Ellerby the band was awarded Runners-Up, with Andy Bates being awarded the best instrumentalist prize for his Flugel solo and Kevin Lea, Colin Randle and Richard Orme awarded for the best trombone section.
