Ironbridge Brass Band Festival

The band was delighted to take part in the seventh annual Ironbridge Brass Band Festival in the wonderful setting of the Ironbridge Museum. This was the first time the band has been invited to the festival and out of the seventeen bands which took part, we were pleased to be invited as the 'Grand Finale'.

The weather was against us however it did not dampen the spirits of all those who attended. The band played a varied programme which included solos from Principal Cornet Darren Lea and Solo Euphonium Ian Wright.

The band thoroughly enjoyed taking part and hopes to be able to contribute in the coming years.
