Birmingham Symphony Hall - with the Canoldir Mail Voice Choir

The band was pleased to take the stage as special guests of the Canoldir Male Voice Choir for their 39th Annual Concert. Held at the prestigious Birmingham Symphony Hall. The band and choir were also joined by the outstanding pianist and winner of the Keyboard Final of the BBC Young Musician 2004, Benjamin Grosvenor and Daniel Gruchy-Lambert on Trumpet who was also a winner of the BBC Young Musician of the Year 2004 in the brass section. The band was pleased to accompany Daniel as he played 'The Harry James Trumpet Concerto' and for the bands final item Daniel once again joined the band for 'Call of the Cossacks' .The band was pleased to renew acquaintances with friends from The Calondir Choir and to work with them on which was a superb evening concert.
