Gloucester Salvation Army

First concert of year started with a bang at Gloucester Salvation Army to a capacity audience. The bands played music from the shows, swing era and classics and included Eric Balls Journey into Freedom from the contest brass band repertoire. With comedy items from The Good the Bad and the Ugly featuring soprano player Darren Lea and flugel player Andrew Bates. The evening was completed with the classical work Elsa's Procession to the Cathedral.
